About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Accra. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and specifications.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and recommend suitable profiles.
• Create and maintain a database of potential candidates, including resumes and cover letters.
• Engage with candidates to gauge interests, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to update on recruitment progress.
• Contact referees to verify work ethic and experience.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct background checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing or consultancy role.
• Strong understanding of HR outsourcing models, client servicing and SLA management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Sound knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR compliance standards.
