Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Accra & Tema)

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day recruitment activities and keep hiring processes running smoothly.
• Conduct initial screenings and face‑to‑face interviews to identify strong talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support compensation discussions.
• Source candidates through community networks, colleges, and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support recruitment reporting and tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in talent acquisition.
• Degree‑level education required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
