Recruitment Manager

About the role

People and Partners Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead its recruitment operations across Accra and the Tema region. You will design and execute talent acquisition strategies, manage key client accounts, and ensure high‑quality hires are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment: job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple sectors.
• Serve as primary contact for key client accounts, providing regular updates and market insights.
• Supervise and mentor recruitment consultants and coordinators, monitoring workloads and performance.
• Conduct internal training to enhance recruitment capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and collaborate on workflow improvements.
• Support business development by assisting with proposal writing, market mapping, and client pitches.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search or HR outsourcing.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and lead recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of client industries and hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
