Regional Director – Market Development

About the role

Babykaafo, a growing Ghanaian digital health technology company, is seeking experienced Regional Directors to lead market development across selected regions. This role focuses on building the market, establishing strategic relationships, and driving customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's growth activities within the assigned region.
• Build relationships with organisations, institutions and key stakeholders.
• Develop new business and partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong regional pipeline.
• Drive customer and market growth.
• Represent the company at the regional level.
• Provide market intelligence and regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, territory management or corporate relations.
• Strong professional networks within the region and a track record of achieving commercial or growth targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and willing to travel within the region.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, insurance, banking, telecommunications, FMCG or related sectors is an advantage.
