About the role
OA&J Pharmaceuticals Ltd proudly manufactures high‑quality formulations across multiple therapeutic segments in Ghana. With a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra, the company is seeking Regional Sales Managers to lead, coach and grow its sales team, ensuring the delivery of medicines that meet world‑class standards. The successful candidate will join a growing team dedicated to expanding the company’s market presence across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the regional sales team.
- Coach sales representatives to improve performance.
- Grow the sales force and expand market coverage.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in sales, business administration or a related field.
- Experience in sales management or a comparable role.
