About the role

OA&J Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high‑quality formulations across multiple therapeutic segments in Ghana, is expanding its new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. The company is seeking Regional Sales Managers to lead, coach and grow its sales teams in the region.

Key responsibilities

Lead the regional sales team to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
Coach, mentor and develop sales representatives to improve performance.
Implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the pharmaceutical sector.

Required profile

Relevant qualification for a sales management role.
Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
