Registered Nurse & Midwife – Full‑time Position

About the role
Lapaz Community Hospital is seeking qualified Registered Nurses and Midwives to join its clinical team in Accra. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care in both general wards and specialised units such as theatre and emergency.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patient vital signs.
- Administer medications and document treatments accurately.
- Assist in obstetric deliveries and provide post‑natal support.
- Support surgical teams in the operating theatre when required.
- Respond to emergencies and contribute to the emergency unit’s workflow.
Required profile
- Valid PIN from the Nurses & Midwifery Council of Ghana.
- Registered Nurse or Midwife qualification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant clinical experience.
- Experience in theatre or emergency settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite in Accra.
