Remote Drupal Web Developer (Full‑Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Drupal Web Developer to join our remote team. You will design, build, and maintain complex web applications on the Drupal platform, collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and fellow developers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain Drupal‑based websites and applications.
• Create custom modules and themes using clean, secure PHP and JavaScript.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs into Drupal systems.
• Perform core updates, apply security patches, and ensure module compatibility.
• Test, debug, and optimise performance to achieve high uptime and fast load times.
• Participate in code reviews and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Document technical specifications and system architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on Drupal development (Drupal 9/10 preferred).
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Drupal (9/10), custom module and theme development.
• PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Command‑line proficiency and Docker for local development.
• API integration and headless/decoupled Drupal concepts.
• Automated testing practices.
