RFP Intern – Graduate Takeoff Program

About the role

InEvent is launching a one‑year Graduate Take‑Off Program for recent graduates. The role is fully remote, paid, and designed to give hands‑on experience in sourcing and responding to Request‑for‑Proposal (RFP) opportunities while working alongside senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source relevant RFP opportunities from multiple channels and assess alignment with company strategy.
• Lead the preparation and submission of high‑quality, compliant, and competitive proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Customize proposals to address client needs, industry context, and specific evaluation criteria.
• Conduct structured follow‑ups with clients and coordinate demo scheduling and engagement activities.
• Maintain RFP documentation, improve proposal templates, and contribute to continuous process enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker, aged 18‑25.
• Undergraduate degree or imminent graduation.
• Ability to multitask and work 20+ hours per week without interruptions.
• Resilient, positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Own a personal computer and a stable internet connection.
• At least 6 months experience working on RFPs, strong proposal writing, and analytical research skills.
