About the role
The Risk & Compliance Manager will enforce regulations across all business levels, provide guidance on compliance matters, and safeguard the bank’s reputation, security and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Develop policies to reduce the risk of non‑compliance and revise procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports for management and external regulatory bodies, highlighting hidden risks or non‑conformities.
- Evaluate and continuously improve the efficiency of internal controls.
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities.
Required profile
- University degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum five years of experience in risk and compliance within the banking sector.
- Strong analytical abilities and interpersonal communication skills.
