About the role
We are seeking a Road Roller Operator with a valid License F to perform compaction work on infrastructure projects. The role involves operating road rollers safely and efficiently while supporting construction activities in the Takoradi area.
Key responsibilities
- Operate road rollers safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Report mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and site instructions.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness.
Required profile
- Valid License F.
- Minimum 2 years experience operating road rollers.
- Clean driving and operating record.
- Safety‑conscious and disciplined.
