Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Cysmic Technologies Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth for its AXIOM platform and other technology solutions. This full‑time position is based in Accra with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on‑site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new B2B business opportunities across key African markets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and prepare proposals and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate onboarding, and ensure smooth customer success transitions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, gather feedback for product improvement.
• Report on sales performance, market trends and represent Cysmic at industry events.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market strategies and build a professional network.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account‑management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in consultative, solution‑based selling of complex technology or SaaS products.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Comfort using CRM tools, sales analytics and basic data interpretation to guide decisions.
