Sales Consultant – Accra & Tema, Ghana

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team in Accra and Tema, driving the sales of Rentokil Initial’s health, property and environmental solutions across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy set by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets, renewals and profitability.
• Identify and prospect potential clients and business opportunities in the market.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrate the benefits of Rentokil Initial services.
• Survey premises to assess technical requirements and prepare pricing offers.
• Develop tailored proposals using marketing tools and present new products to existing clients.
• Handle contract preparation, follow‑up, renewals and after‑sales support.
• Communicate sales and renewal information to the Operations department and maintain accurate client data in company systems.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and represent the company at events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
