Sales Coordinator – Customer & Training Support

About the role

Learning Time is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage sales leads, coordinate customer orders, and support training and presentation activities across the Accra and Tema regions. The role blends customer interaction, logistical planning, and sales support to ensure smooth delivery of educational programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on sales leads via calls and emails, schedule appointments and support product demonstrations.
• Manage the sales pipeline for the Sales Manager, coordinating presentations and training sessions.
• Process new orders, verify them, and coordinate deliveries between the office and customers.
• Track shipments, handle returns of cancelled orders, and resolve customer complaints.
• Organise logistics for training, presentations and sales activities, including travel, accommodation and AV requirements.
• Arrange meetings with the sales team and management, and support visiting managers.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in making calls.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good customer service orientation and follow‑up capability.
• Proficient computer and email skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration or a similar role is an advantage.
