Sales Executive – Heavy‑Duty Machines & Tyres

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue for heavy‑duty machines and tyre products across Kumasi and Takoradi. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Sell heavy‑duty machines, tyre products, maintenance contracts and spare kits, meeting targets set by the General Manager.
• Prospect new customers, prioritize field visits, and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, deliveries, and post‑sale satisfaction.
• Ensure full payment or agreed credit terms for every transaction and keep confidential files.
• Update and monitor the Iziflo and Icadea CRM systems, preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Gather market intelligence and relay insights to the General Manager.

Required profile

• A degree or recognised qualification in Marketing.
• 3‑4 years of relevant sales, marketing or business development experience.
• Excellent communication, resilience, self‑motivation and a confident, determined approach.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and thrive in a competitive, field‑focused environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Experience using the Iziflo CRM system.
• Familiarity with the Icadea platform.
