Sales Executive – Hotel Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive corporate, government, airline, NGO and travel trade business for ibis Styles Accra Airport Hotel. The role involves generating new accounts, nurturing existing relationships and achieving revenue targets in line with the hotel’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, solicit and develop new corporate, government, airline, NGO, diplomatic and travel trade accounts.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through sales calls, site inspections, presentations and client engagement activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets and promote guestrooms, meetings, events and F&B services.
• Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements, proposals, contracts and quotations following Accor commercial policies.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis and update the sales pipeline in the approved CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably with an international brand.
• Proven experience in corporate, MICE sales, account management and business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with hotel CRM/PMS systems.
