Sales Manager (Bulk Sales)

About the role

Avnash Industries Ghana Limited, a diversified producer of edible oil, soap and rice, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its bulk sales operations. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across the Accra and Tema regions by developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s vision of local value‑chain capture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and business plans.
• Formulate and implement bulk‑sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate bulk contracts.
• Oversee administration of approved fees and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Required profile

• First degree (Bachelor’s) in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience in sales, preferably in bulk or B2B environments.
• Senior‑level expertise with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
