Sales Manager – Commercial Lighting

About the role

SolutionMall is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the commercial lighting business across indoor, outdoor, industrial, architectural and smart lighting solutions. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing sales pipelines and guiding projects from inquiry to order in a performance‑based, flexible cooperation model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, contractors and channel partners.
• Identify commercial lighting projects and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate lighting products and solutions.
• Promote a full portfolio of indoor, outdoor, industrial, architectural, emergency and smart lighting.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, product inquiries and project follow‑up.
• Coordinate pricing, product selection and order development with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support commercial negotiations and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Provide market feedback on demand, pricing, competitors and local opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience or knowledge in lighting, electrical products, building materials or related B2B sectors.
• Strong customer development and business communication abilities.
• Proven capability to understand requirements and create suitable sales opportunities.
• Ability to independently develop local business and manage RFQs, tenders and project‑based sales.
• Good English communication skills.
