Sales Manager – Ghana Market

About the role

Vivago, a premium private health club, is expanding its presence in Ghana and seeks a Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of its high‑end prevention and support services. The role is field‑based, working closely with partner sales teams to convert leads into long‑term subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Vivago’s premium offering to partner‑provided leads.
• Qualify, present to, and convert prospects through in‑person client meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead tracking in the CRM to subscription closing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by senior management.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Participate in joint commercial initiatives such as events and campaigns.
• Maintain a strong field presence alongside partners.
• Report sales activity, client feedback, and field insights to improve the offer.
• Ensure a premium client experience before and after subscription, coordinating with operational teams for onboarding.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in business, management, marketing or a related field.
• Professional experience in B2B/B2B2C business development, partnership or sales network management, and strategic account management.
• Experience in banking, insurance or other premium services is an advantage.
