Sales Manager – Ghana Market (M/F)

About the role

Vivago, a premium private health club, is expanding its presence in Ghana and seeks a Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of its high‑end medical prevention and support services. Reporting to the Strategy & Development Department, the role will work closely with partner sales teams to generate leads, convert clients, and ensure a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Vivago’s premium offering to partner‑provided leads.
• Qualify, present, and close subscription sales through in‑person client meetings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by senior management.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Participate in joint commercial initiatives such as events and campaigns.
• Maintain rigorous prospect and client tracking in the CRM and report sales activity.
• Provide field insights to refine the offer and sales pitch.
• Ensure a seamless client experience before and after subscription, coordinating with operational teams for onboarding.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in business, management, marketing or a related field.
• Professional experience in B2B or B2B2C business development, partnership or sales network management, and strategic account handling.
• Experience in banking, insurance or other premium services is an advantage.
