About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our retail business sales team in Accra and Tema. The role involves recruiting, training and managing agents to achieve sales targets for cases and premiums.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and lead a salesforce of more than ten agents to meet sales targets.
- Prospect, book appointments, generate leads/referrals and close sales.
- Conduct institutional presentations and sales activations.
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and professional client service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Insurance.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven competence in agency recruitment and people management.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships, network and broker business deals.
