Sales & Marketing Agent – Remote (Accra, Ghana)

About the role

GeCompras is seeking dynamic Sales & Marketing Agents to promote its US‑based personal shopping service across Ghana. Working remotely from Accra, you will connect African customers with premium American brands, driving orders and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through online channels, phone calls and networking.
• Present GeCompras’ product catalogue, explain the “pay‑as‑you‑go” model and guide clients through the ordering process.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and ensure smooth hand‑over to the logistics team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute ideas to improve marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• HND, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer service.
• Previous exposure to e‑commerce, retail, telecom, fintech or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Resident of Accra with reliable laptop/smartphone and internet connection.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of USD 150 per month plus a USD 50 monthly support allowance for internet, data, transportation and airtime.
• Uncapped performance commissions on every successful order.
