Sales & Marketing Executive (2 positions)

About the role

Flexy Foods, a fast‑growing Ghanaian agribusiness, is looking for two dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives to drive growth of its cocoa, cashew and dairy product lines in both local and export markets. You will be based in Amrahia, Accra and will play a key role in expanding the brand’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and generate revenue across assigned territories.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, brand activations and promotional events.
• Identify, onboard and manage distributors, retailers and corporate clients.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, social media content and online promotions.
• Represent Flexy Foods at trade fairs, exhibitions and market activation events.

Required profile

• HND or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
