Sales & Marketing Executive – B2B SaaS Solutions

About the role

Cysmic Technologies Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue for its AXIOM platform and other technology solutions. The position is full‑time, based in Accra with a hybrid work arrangement that blends on‑site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities across key African markets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings, product demos, and prepare proposals and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate onboarding, and ensure customer success.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback for product improvement.
• Represent Cysmic at industry events, build a professional network, and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Consultative, solution‑based selling approach, especially with SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and manage complex deals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using sales analytics and basic data interpretation to guide decisions.
