About the role
GHS Housing Limited is a fast‑growing real estate development and civil engineering company seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive (Compliance & Closures) to join the team in Accra. The role focuses on ensuring client specifications are met, managing payments, and driving house sales.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure houses are built to client specifications by liaising with the projects or construction team.
- Liaise with clients to accurately record all specifications on their schedules.
- Ensure timely payments from clients and mortgage companies.
- Generate sales of houses and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle client enquiries.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments with prospective and existing clients.
Required profile
- First degree or HND in Marketing or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar sales or marketing role.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and organizational skills.
