Sales Marketing Lead

About the role

The Sales Marketing Lead will drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility for Realtor & Tours, a real‑estate and travel services provider. Based in Accra, this full‑time, on‑site role focuses on acquiring new business, nurturing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives across both sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and existing clients to present service offerings and negotiate deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality customer service.
• Oversee daily sales activities, track performance metrics, and report results.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales staff.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to train and coach sales teams.
• Knowledge of real‑estate and/or travel services; business‑development experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent practical experience.
