Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer will drive revenue growth for Legendary Foods Ltd by developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and supporting brand‑building activities across the Accra and Tema regions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and channel partners.
• Conduct market visits, follow‑ups and provide quotations, proposals and documentation.
• Monitor orders, coordinate with operations for timely delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, track targets and analyse customer data.
• Contribute to pricing, promotional strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a customer‑service focus and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
