Sales & Marketing Representative – LED Lighting & Appliances

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our team in Ghana. The role involves promoting our range of LED lighting, household appliances and window blinds across wholesale markets and retail stores, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. The position is based on‑site in Accra or Kumasi, with a focus on direct customer engagement and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Visit wholesale markets and retail outlets to maintain and grow customer relationships.
• Promote LED lighting products, household appliances and window blinds to meet defined sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and project sites for window blinds installations.
• Collect market feedback, prepare and submit weekly reports, and support product strategy optimisation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale markets.
• High school diploma or higher qualification with strong communication abilities.
• Hard‑working, responsible and able to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to travel regularly to client sites and adapt to a fast‑paced sales environment.
