Sales Representative – Field Sales (Accra & Tema)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join our team in the Accra & Tema region. You will travel in a company van, engage directly with customers, and help grow our market presence in the manufacturing and warehousing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales rounds using the company van and sell products to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of products, sales, and customer transactions.
• Support the team in securing and fulfilling bulk or mass‑supply orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.

Required profile

• SHS, HND, Diploma, or Degree in any relevant field.
• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of sales experience (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Hardworking, proactive, reliable, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
