About the role
A growing spa and beauty retail company in East Legon is hiring a dynamic Sales Representative to manage in‑store sales and drive business development within the spa, salon, and wellness industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting product ranges, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers and close sales on spa products & beauty tools
- Prospect new clients via calls, visits, and social media
- Build client relationships and convert leads into long‑term customers
- Maintain sales records
- Maintain a well‑organized shop display
Required profile
- Diploma/HND/Degree (Sales, Marketing, or related)
- Proven sales/retail experience; beauty/wellness background a plus
- Strong communication & social media skills
- Applicants should be around East Legon and its environs
