Sales Supervisor (Alternative Business Markets)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the expansion of Blue Financial Services' products into alternative business markets, focusing on underserved regions. You will build and manage a high‑performing sales team while driving growth through strategic channel development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of company products in potential and underserved markets.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team of Sales Executives.
• Create, expand, and optimise sales distribution channels.
• Monitor market and customer trends to identify opportunities.
• Promote cross‑selling, upselling, and the introduction of additional products and services.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and IT teams.
• Manage and coach Sales Executives through performance expectations and training.
• Prepare sales forecasts and management reports to support business decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in business development, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business development strategies and sales growth techniques.
• Understanding of market research methodologies and Ghanaian consumer behaviour.
• Knowledge of company products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven leadership and people‑management skills.
