Salesperson – Full‑time, On‑site (Accra & Tema)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Salesperson position is based in Accra and supports Trident International Ltd’s revenue growth. The role involves prospecting new customers, presenting products and services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers, present offerings and follow up on leads.
• Manage existing accounts, prepare quotes and proposals, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with internal operations, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market visits, collect feedback, monitor competitor activities and participate in promotional events.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability in sales and customer relationship management with a focus on measurable targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time‑management capability to handle multiple leads and documentation.
• Comfort working on‑site in Accra with regular field visits.
• Minimum high school diploma; business or marketing education is an advantage.
• Integrity, reliability and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
