Salon Manager & Content Lead

About the role

Nova Niche Ghana Limited is seeking a dynamic Salon Manager who will also lead content creation for its growing online presence. The ideal candidate loves beauty, enjoys organising daily salon operations, and can craft engaging social media posts that attract and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client appointments from initial contact through checkout, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
• Oversee day‑to‑day salon operations, maintaining high service standards and a welcoming environment.
• Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including reels, photos, before‑and‑after shots, and promotional posts.
• Respond promptly to messages, comments, and enquiries across all social channels.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar to grow the audience.
• Collaborate with the salon team to capture in‑salon moments that highlight services.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling through visual content.
• Based in or able to commute to Adenta, Accra.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar photo/video editing applications.
