About the role

The school is looking for a full‑time cook to prepare nutritious, balanced meals for learners and staff. The role requires strict adherence to hygiene standards, timely service, and collaboration with school administration to support the institution’s catering needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve healthy meals for large groups of students and staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
• Store food items properly and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist in planning weekly menus that meet nutritional guidelines.
• Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a cook, preferably in a school, restaurant or catering setting.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Honest, reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a Christian school environment.
