School Principal / Head of School

About the role

The school seeks a dynamic Principal / School Head to oversee both online and on‑site teaching and learning, uphold high academic standards, and provide professional support to the board. The role requires strong knowledge of the IGCSE and Ghana Education Service curricula.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily teaching and learning activities across the academic department.
• Evaluate teachers’ performance weekly/termly and conduct periodic staff assessments.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve high academic targets aligned with the school’s vision.
• Review and enhance teaching methodologies, resources, and skills to meet set objectives.
• Oversee general school administration and ensure compliance with curriculum standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (minimum).
• At least 10 years of experience in the education sector, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong digital literacy and ICT competence.
• Post‑graduate qualification is an advantage.
