About the role

The School Relationship Officer will be responsible for building, managing and retaining paying school clients across Ghana. This role focuses on delivering ongoing value and support to schools while identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with schools across Ghana.
Ensure schools receive continuous value, support, and relevant resources.
Act as the primary point of contact for school administrators and decision‑makers.
Organise and track school engagement activities.
Identify and pursue opportunities for client growth and retention.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a sales or leadership role.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Strong data analysis capability to support decision‑making.
