Security Officer

About the role

The Security Officer will protect the campus of Fountain Head Christian School, ensuring a safe environment for learners, staff, and visitors. This full‑time, onsite position requires vigilance, quick response to incidents, and a commitment to the school's Christian values.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard school premises, learners, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor and control access by checking and recording visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols across the campus.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Report suspicious activities or concerns to management.
• Assist in enforcing school safety policies and procedures.
• Protect school property and equipment at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security services.
• Previous experience in a school or educational institution is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Honest, disciplined, and of good character.
• Ability to remain calm and act professionally during emergencies.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure Christian school environment.
