About the role
We are seeking security personnel for immediate employment at a reputable educational institution located in East Legon, Ghana. The role involves safeguarding the school premises, ensuring the safety of students, staff, and visitors, and maintaining a secure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and control access to the campus.
- Conduct regular patrols of the school grounds, buildings, and surrounding areas.
- Respond promptly to any security incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
- Report incidents and maintain accurate logs for the principal and relevant authorities.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing school security policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- At least one month of prior security or related experience.
