Senior AI Applications Engineer

About the role

Zof AI is looking for a Senior AI Applications Engineer to design, build, and ship production‑grade AI product features. You will work across the full technology stack in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment, turning product vision into reliable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch AI‑driven product features in production.
• Work across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and AI tooling as needed.
• Make architectural decisions in ambiguous contexts and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and leadership to translate direction into working solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of critical systems from concept to production.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering foundation with experience building production systems.
• Proficiency with modern AI tooling and ability to work across the stack.
• Excellent judgment, ownership, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Demonstrated track record of high‑quality technical work.
