Senior Assistant Development Officer (University Development)

About the role

The University seeks a dynamic, self‑motivated professional to serve as Senior Assistant Development Officer, supporting the Director of Works and Physical Development in administering the university’s works and physical development functions under the Technical Universities Act 2016.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director in the overall administration of the Works and Physical Development Office.
• Support implementation of statutory duties as outlined in the Technical Universities Act 2016 and related statutes.

Required profile

• Research Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Civil Engineering with a relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum six (6) years’ experience as an Assistant Development Officer or in a comparable university role.
• Computer literacy and ability to provide papers and publications for external assessment.
