Senior Manager – Issuing & RAS Value Added Services Sales

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead Issuing & RAS Value‑Added Services sales across West Central Africa. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue, growth and client retention for Visa’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue, growth and retention targets for the Issuing & RAS VAS portfolio.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase adoption, usage and revenue contribution.
• Drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the full Issuing VAS portfolio.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships and act as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Lead commercial discussions on solution positioning, pricing, contract renewals and portfolio expansion.
• Monitor account performance, revenue trends and client adoption metrics.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with reduced experience).
• Proven track record of managing and growing revenue within an assigned client portfolio.
• Experience commercializing technology‑based solutions such as SaaS, data products, analytics, risk and fraud prevention.
• Strong relationship‑management skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to develop business cases, pricing strategies and long‑term partnership plans.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations (Product, Client Services, Finance, Regional teams).
