Senior Manager, Issuing & RAS Value Added Services Seller

About the role

Visa is seeking a senior leader to drive revenue and growth for its Issuing and Remote Authentication Services (RAS) value‑added services across West Central Africa. The role will manage a portfolio of existing clients, expand adoption of Visa’s technology solutions and ensure long‑term commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue, growth and retention targets for the Issuing & RAS VAS portfolio.
• Develop and execute account plans to increase adoption, usage and revenue contribution.
• Identify and drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Lead commercial discussions on solution positioning, pricing, contract renewals and portfolio expansion.
• Partner with product, client services, finance and regional teams to accelerate commercialization and client value realization.
• Monitor account performance, revenue trends and expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasts.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proven track record of managing and growing revenue within an assigned client portfolio.
• Experience commercializing technology‑based solutions such as SaaS, data products, analytics, risk and fraud prevention.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers and ability to translate complex solutions into business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, forecast revenue and drive retention strategies.
