Senior Marketing Officer - Optical & Health Services

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead corporate and B2B revenue growth for an optical and health services provider. The role focuses on field‑based prospecting, relationship management and conversion of institutional and corporate clients into long‑term accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire corporate clients, NGOs, schools and industrial organisations.
• Deliver structured sales presentations, negotiate contracts and convert prospects into corporate accounts for eye‑tests, eyewear packages and screening programmes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, procurement teams and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct regular field visits across assigned clusters and organise corporate eye‑screening campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, corporate events and community engagements.
• Achieve revenue targets linked to corporate acquisitions, screening conversions and branch referral traffic.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and propose growth strategies.
• Collaborate with optometrists, branch supervisors and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, healthcare or optical industry.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and corporate relationship management.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales support.
