Senior People Advisory Services Consultant

About the role

As a Senior member of the People Advisory Services team, you will help clients manage their workforce across borders, ensuring compliance with tax, payroll, immigration and other statutory requirements. You will lead engagements, coordinate deliverables and provide expert guidance on global mobility, employment tax and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support expatriate and inbound/outbound employee assignments, including work permits, visas and immigration compliance.
• Advise clients on payroll administration, PAYE, pensions, employee benefits and expatriate tax issues.
• Conduct employment tax health checks, compliance reviews and assist with tax audits.
• Monitor changes in tax, pension, immigration legislation and prepare client alerts and technical memoranda.
• Manage multiple client engagements, prepare proposals, reports and presentations, and review work of junior team members.
• Contribute to business development activities, marketing materials and client training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant experience in global mobility, employment tax or payroll advisory.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of immigration regulations and work‑permit processes.
• Understanding of payroll systems and employment tax compliance.
• Familiarity with PAYE, pension schemes and employee benefits.
