Senior Program Director – National Fuel Marking Program

About the role

The Senior Program Director will lead the National Fuel Marking Program in Ghana, acting as the primary liaison with the customer, in‑country partner and key stakeholders. This senior position is accountable for the overall performance, integrity and financial health of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and set strategic direction for the Ghana fuel marking initiative.
• Serve as Authentix’s principal point of engagement with the customer, government agencies and partners.
• Identify and mitigate operational, contractual and reputational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health‑safety and quality standards.
• Safeguard contractual obligations and resolve issues before escalation.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing multi‑disciplinary operations team.
• Establish training, coaching and succession frameworks to develop local leadership.
• Collaborate with the global Project Management Office to align strategy, risk and performance reporting.
• Own end‑to‑end revenue accountability and P&L health of the program.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in program or operations management, preferably in the energy or fuel sector.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior government and client officials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, compliance and contractual matters.
• Track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
