Senior Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Recruiter leads the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, assess and hire talent for a range of positions, including UK apprenticeships. The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate experience management and data‑driven process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for internal and external candidates, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.
• Manage interview logistics, travel arrangements and pre‑employment testing to ensure smooth selection processes.
• Maintain and report on recruitment metrics using the applicant tracking system, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate‑level experience leading recruitment for UK apprenticeships or similar programs.
• Proven ability to coach junior talent‑acquisition colleagues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, balancing the needs of hiring managers, candidates and external recruiting sources.
• Experience using data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
