Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant with at least five years of experience to drive revenue, nurture client relationships, and convert qualified opportunities into long‑term business. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our growth in Ghana and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and decision‑makers.
• Own the sales process from lead qualification through closing.
• Design account strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue high‑value business opportunities.
• Maintain an effective sales pipeline and follow‑up system.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and progress updates against targets.
• Collaborate with customer support and sales teams to ensure a strong client experience.
• Participate in weekly sales reviews, strategic discussions, and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of results.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
