About the role
MED-X Health Systems Limited is a leading private health insurance provider in Ghana. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Officer to drive growth, develop marketing initiatives, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven sales track record with measurable results.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict targets.
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

- Microsoft Office
