Senior Site Reliability Engineer Manager

About the role

The Manager, Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will ensure the stability, reliability and performance of MIDAS core wallet services after go‑live. Working within the Infrastructure, Operations and Security function, you will lead hands‑on reliability engineering, production support and automation for business‑critical fintech services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the site‑reliability and production‑operations strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Provide 24/7 production support, incident analysis and root‑cause remediation for wallet services.
• Design, develop and maintain observability tooling, monitoring, alerting and automated health‑checks.
• Conduct capacity planning, resource utilisation analysis and disaster‑recovery testing.
• Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation and knowledge artefacts.
• Analyse availability data, error trends and system bottlenecks to drive reliability improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience in site reliability, DevOps or related engineering roles.
• Proven track record of operating large‑scale, customer‑facing financial platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
