Senior Specialist – Enterprise Converged Solutions Sales (Cloud)

About the role

The Senior Specialist will architect, develop and manage end‑to‑end ICT/Converged Cloud solutions for MTN Ghana’s enterprise, SME and public‑sector customers. Combining deep technical expertise with commercial acumen, the role translates complex requirements into scalable, profitable propositions and drives revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver complete cloud solution propositions for B2B customers across SME, corporate and public sectors.
• Maintain and evolve the Cloud and Converged Services product roadmap, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to in‑life management and rationalisation.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and respond to RFP/RFQ with solution sizing, architecture diagrams and commercial models.
• Serve as the functional and technical authority on cloud platforms, advising on business process design, integration and application architecture.
• Ensure designs meet cost‑value balance, security standards and MTN Group architectural guidelines.
• Identify innovative cloud use‑cases with ecosystem partners, focusing on high‑value verticals such as financial services, public sector and energy.
• Provide regular product and technology briefings to sales, client success and marketing teams to enable effective positioning and selling.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise cloud solution sales or architecture.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in telecom or ICT environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to build business cases and commercial models.
• Excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, regulated, multicultural environment.
